Contract Signed, No Invite
Hello,
I am here for one very simple reason - to complain. And, since I can't do it anywhere else (you'll see why I can't complain over e-mail, when you read the thread), I came to do it on the forums. But, hey, surprise! There's no relative section, in which I can ask questions or complain from Vultra. So, here's the story, real quick.
Some time ago (about two weeks ago) I applied for partnership with Vultra.tv. To my surprise, despite my low views and subs count, I got approved. So, I got excited. I could finally make some cash (even, if it's a few cents a month) off my hobby. So, I completed everything I had to complete, signed the contract, etc. And then I started waiting for a reply. Not too long after that, the contract was signed by a Vultra representative and I was sent a copy. Perfect. Then, s**t hit the fan.
I waited and waited and I got no invite to the network in the promised 24 hours. So, I waited 24 more. Still - nothing. So, I decided to shoot an e-mail to Vultra. I went to the site and I clicked Contact Us. Then "I'm not a partner yet". Out of curiousity, I checked the e-mails for the other two options as well. Turns out, it's all the same address, then this makes me think Vultra has no way of knowing, if it's a partner or not, who sent the e-mail. But, let's ignore that. Six days ago, I sent an e-mail, asking what is going on and why I don't have an invite to the network yet. Guess what. Today is the sixth day and I have no answer at all. Not even "we will look into it". Nada. I regret I applied in the first place. It's obvious that this network doesn't care for its support even one bit.
So, would anyone from the staff be so kind to tell me, what the Hell is going on with my application?
