Please Help ME

For the past 3-4 Months I have gotten 0 subscribers, The Only People who subscribe are my friends.I don't know what i'm doing wrong, Ive got good tags, HD content.Is there ways to get noticed on YouTube.YouTube. Im tired of posting on forums everyday.If Someone Could Help That would be Greatly Appreciated.

Alright boss - I am gonna help you out with your content and maybe get you on the road to sub ville.

1. It's not about the subs. Subs don't bring in money, it's views. So worry about your view count and you will be okay.

2. Get rid of your camera in the upper corner. When you get to 2 million subs watching your video you can add it back in. People don't necessarily want to watch you as much as they want to see your game play.

3. You are only playing horror games. You need a niche that people will follow. Find a game that people like (DayZ, Rust, GTA, COD, BF4, Minecraft) and join their community. Titanfall is coming out - you can get in on the ground floor there.

4.Join a community of gamers. Vultra is great but you gotta join a community. They will be your new friends.

5. Collaborate with people who are here. People want to see you having fun with other people.

6. Find a branding for your channel. Something that says your channel is awesome. Put that shit everyone.
