You should start cutting down your videos a bit and just add a little something to them.

Well if you don't really know how to edit much. First add the intro just a little something, something to the video then maybe get some background music and lower the volume of it and have it play in the background. Also you can just cut out some parts in the video that you think don't need to be there. Not much you can do if you don't know what to edit and what to mix with it. Maybe some small commentary if you want as well.

Alot of good editors charge though. Maybe some people on here might do a little editing on some of your videos probably as practice for them try that. I myself am not good at editing that is why I have a team of 4 going to be making videos in the future and editing.

Sony Vegas Pro, After Effects, Avidemux, FinalCut Pro X, Pinnacle Studio, Corel VideoStudio. I recommend Sony Vegas you can easily get that cracked as well.
