Usergroup Moderators? Empty Usergroup Moderators?

From what I can see, the group moderator for most usergroups including the "partner" group that I've applied to quite a while ago is no longer apart of Vultra. Just wondering
how users are suppose to apply for these groups now or if anyone is checking these requests

Gabriel is still part of Vultra as far as I am aware.
However, it seems that the Vultra Staff are not very active on the forums. Sad
