Where's my payment?

Alright, long story short, I partnered with Vultra in December (24th of December to be precise). Since then I've accumulated $0.11, according to the YouTube Analytics page. All of them - before the 15th of this month. According to their FAQ, I should have gotten my payment on the 15th of February, right? Well... there is a difference between "should have gotten" and "got".

I've had problems with Vultra keeping their own deadlines even before I joined, since they promised me they'd send me an invitation to the network 24 hours after I sign the contract and it took them about three weeks. I've seen little to no support, despite their claim of 24/7 support, after I've sent tons of e-mails. And I noticed that other people also have problems after joining Vultra. So, my question is the following - am I not getting something, or are Vultra just a steaming pile of s**t, who believe they're too important to reply to their small partners' e-mails and forum posts?

Woah, calm down dastmo. Stressing at them will not get you anywhere. Your payment is only a few days late, things can happen and I'm sure with new partners it will take longer to make sure your money earned was precise, since they aren't too aware of your content.

They say your first payment can take 45 days, this might mean it will be a little delayed.

If it was only that, I wouldn't stress out. But they've put me through Hell to join in the first place. And the only guy that talked to me directly, explaining the situation was another partner, who just wanted to help me out. The management itself didn't even bother to say "Yeah, we'll look into the problem". I am completely sick and tired of their attitude, honestly, and I ain't planning to put up with it for much longer.

You where joining during the christmas Holidays to be fair, it's a busy time for anyone. Just take a minute to calm down before you type something, they are less likely to reply straight away to someone with a bad attitude. I understand you will be frustrated by it and I'm currently waiting for my own invitation to network.

I applied long before the Christmas holidays. Approximately a month before them, to be precise. So, they don't really have an excuse for delaying anything on that end. Also, I have taken the time to think it through, trust me. Otherwise, I would have typed in some much heavier stuff into this post.

Hey Dastmo, me again. I recently got partnered and it only took 4 hours after I signed my contact. You simply had a bad experience which can happen for some.

If you go to your dashboard and analytics it should say in top right when your payments is due.

There are 25 days until payment for January.

As you joined late December chances are you will be paid then.

If not you should contact support from the dashboard and make sure the payment details are correct.

Vultra pay all the 15 and later the partner is 45 days...

Dude just make another channel to leave vultra or to get them really pissed just go join another network
