I have some problems with my channel, and I try to solve with the support, but every time I sent them a message and they ask me something, they take too long time to answer, each answer has taken 24h. I just wanted to complain about this issue  Y U ..??
now I'm waiting for an answer for 3 hours ago

Well it's obvious they aren't the biggest of networks, it will take time and you just need a little patience. What's your problem? Perhaps one of us can help, that's what the forums are for Smile
