A great opportunity for Up and Coming Producers

So for those of you that do not know yet, my name is Dean. I am one of the division directors over at NDGaming. If any of you follow eSports chances are you may have heard of us. All links to the items I am talking about will be posted below.

Anyways, back on topic. Our fan base has grown ten fold this past year. Our Twitch page alone now holds over 8500 followers. That's quite impressive for a Twitch channel. Now, we are moving on to YouTube as well. This is where you guys come in.

We are looking for one YouTube producer for our NDTV YouTube channel. This person must have the following;

-A computer capable of producing videos at 720p or higher.
-Proper video editing software. uploading raw footage is not acceptable
-Internet speeds for faster uploading
-An intermediate knowledge of how things work on YouTube
-Must be professional (I will evaluate some of your commentary on your current channel to judge your professionalism)
-Must play a variety of games. We are not looking to have a series on just Minecraft, its actually a game we don't want you to share at all to be honest.

Now to answer the question I know you all are wondering. Does it pay?

Yes it does pay, but not right off. Your pay will be based off a percentage of the ad revenue from our channel for any videos you produce, but only after you show us you have what it takes to bring in a fan base willing to watch you.

Just so this is very clear, your job is simply to make and upload videos. We handle the rest. The intro and outro for your videos has already been setup. Advertising, etc. will all be handled by us.
