ii got accepted by vultra yesterday but youtube has not sent me a message saying im in vultra like they said youtube woulld...im very confused about this situation, can somebody please help me out!

The email should come from BentPixel. If you have been accepted and they have sent you something, you should have a message with the contract you need to fill out. Once you fill it out you need to follow the instruction to allow Bent Pixel access to your account.
